THE BEGINNER WELLNESS GUIDE
Welcome to Your Andajuicya Beginner Cleanse
Congratulations — you've decided to give your body a little time out.
If this is your first juice cleanse, don't worry. You don't need to be an expert, you don't need to do everything perfectly, and you certainly don't need to spend the next few days feeling miserable.
That's exactly why we created the Beginner Cleanse.
This is our gentler introduction to cleansing — a varied daily programme of cold-pressed juices, alkaline waters, nut milk and chia pudding designed to make your first experience as enjoyable and manageable as possible.
Over the next few days you'll be giving yourself the opportunity to:
✓ Increase your hydration
✓ Eat considerably more fruit and vegetables than you normally might
✓ Reduce processed foods and refined sugars
✓ Increase your intake of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients
✓ Give your normal eating routine a break
✓ Become more aware of genuine hunger, habits and cravings
✓ Reset and rethink some of your everyday food choices
Every bottle has been freshly cold pressed and your daily pack has been put together to give you variety throughout the day.
We're delighted to be part of your first cleanse.
So relax.
You've got this.
YOUR DAILY PACK INCLUDES:
💛 1 x Pablo
💚 1 x Sra Delgado
🧡 1 x Sofia
❤️ 1 x Alejandro
💛 1 x Sr Medina
💗 1 x Lucia — Alkaline Water
💙 1 x Dexter — Alkaline Water

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR CLEANSE
First things first:
There is no stopwatch.
There is no cleanse police.
And there is no prize for drinking everything at exactly the right minute.
We recommend spreading your juices and other items evenly throughout the day rather than consuming several close together.
Take your time with them.
Although you're drinking rather than eating most of your nutrition, try not to simply gulp your juices down. Take small mouthfuls and allow the juice to mix with your saliva before swallowing.
Think of each bottle as something to enjoy rather than something you need to get through.
And throughout the day:
• Drink plenty of normal water alongside your cleanse.
• Herbal tea is absolutely fine.
• Keep yourself well hydrated.
• Gentle walking and light exercise are fine if you feel good.
• Don't feel that you need to push yourself through an intense workout.
• Rest if your body asks you to.
• Listen to how you feel.
And remember — if you're unsure about anything, we're only a phone call or message away.
OUR RECOMMENDED ORDER
Everyone's routine is different, so these times are a guide rather than a set of rules.
Move them forwards or backwards to suit your day.
7:00am – 9:00am
LUCIA
Good morning.
Start your day gently with Lucia, our alkaline water with lemon and chilli.
After a night's sleep, hydration comes first.
Rather than immediately reaching for food, Lucia gives you something light and refreshing to begin the morning and gets you into the habit of drinking before your first juice.
Take your time and let your body wake up.
9:00am – 11:00am
PABLO
Now we begin properly.
Pablo combines apple, celery, carrot, sweet potato, turmeric and ginger.
It's nourishing, earthy and naturally satisfying — exactly the sort of juice we like early in the day.
Carrot and sweet potato provide beta-carotene, while turmeric and ginger bring the distinctive warming character that makes Pablo such a comforting juice.
Think of Pablo as your breakfast.
11:00am – 1:00pm
SOFIA
Bright, vibrant and packed with real ingredients.
Sofia combines yellow capsicum, carrot, celery, lemon and ginger.
Yellow capsicum is particularly rich in vitamin C, while the combination of vegetables, lemon and ginger makes Sofia a fantastic addition to a varied first cleanse.
This is one of the reasons the Beginner Cleanse isn't simply about drinking the same green juice repeatedly.
Different plants provide different nutrients.
Variety matters.
1:00pm – 3:00pm
SRA DELGADO
Time for the greens.
Sra Delgado is one of our great all-rounders.
Kale, celery, cucumber, orange, pear, lemon, chilli and green spirulina come together in a juice that is predominantly green while retaining enough natural sweetness to make it approachable.
And that's important in a Beginner Cleanse.
We want you to experience nutrient-dense green juice without feeling as though you've been sentenced to three days of drinking the lawn.
This is your lunchtime green.
3:00pm – 4:00pm
CHIA PUDDING
Yes.
You get to use a spoon.
Your chia pudding provides something completely different in the middle of the day — texture, substance and the psychological satisfaction of actually eating something.
This is one of the features that makes the Beginner Cleanse such a good introduction for somebody who has never cleansed before.
Sit down.
Eat it slowly.
Enjoy it.
Don't treat it as cheating.
It's part of the programme.
4:00pm – 5:30pm
DEXTER
The blue machine.
Dexter is our alkaline water with lemon and blue spirulina.
Blue spirulina contains phycocyanin, the naturally occurring pigment responsible for that extraordinary blue colour.
By this stage of the afternoon, Dexter gives you another period of hydration between your more substantial juices.
And let's face it...
Anything naturally that blue is considerably more interesting than another glass of plain water.
5:30pm – 7:00pm
ALEJANDRO
Beetroot, celery, carrot and lemon.
Simple ingredients. Serious colour.
Alejandro brings beetroot into your day alongside carrot and celery, giving you another completely different vegetable profile from the juices you've already enjoyed.
This is precisely what we're trying to achieve with the Beginner programme:
Not restriction for the sake of restriction.
Variety.
Plants.
Hydration.
And a broad range of fresh ingredients across the day.
7:00pm – 8:30pm
SR MEDINA
Something a little brighter for the evening.
Sr Medina combines pineapple, loquat, cucumber, lemon, lime and goji.
Fresh, fruity and refreshing, it gives the later part of your day a completely different flavour profile.
By now you've consumed an extraordinary variety of fresh ingredients without having had to plan, shop, prepare or cook any of them.
That's the beauty of the programme.
8:30pm onwards
ANA
And finally...
Ana.
Our cold-pressed almond milk with raw honey, cloves, cinnamon and Himalayan salt.
This is your evening treat.
Creamier and more substantial than your juices, Ana is deliberately placed at the end of the day when many first-time cleansers miss the feeling of having something comforting in the evening.
Drink it slowly.
Put your feet up.
Day complete.
WHAT IF I GET HUNGRY?
Let's talk about the question almost every first-time cleanser asks.
"What happens if I'm hungry?"
Firstly — hunger is not failure.
Most of us are accustomed to eating at certain times of day, and sometimes the desire to eat is as much about routine as genuine hunger.
You walk into the kitchen.
You open the fridge.
You make a coffee.
You grab something while watching television.
Your brain learns these routines.
A cleanse can make you surprisingly aware of them.
If hunger appears, don't panic.
Have some water.
Have a herbal tea.
Wait a little while.
Have your next juice if it's reasonably close.
Your chia pudding and Ana nut milk are also there to make this Beginner programme more manageable.
Most importantly, listen to your body.
This isn't a competition.
PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST CLEANSE
You don't need an elaborate preparation programme.
However, making a few changes for two or three days beforehand can make your first cleanse considerably easier.
Where possible:
• Reduce alcohol.
• Reduce processed foods.
• Reduce refined sugar.
• Gradually reduce caffeine rather than suddenly stopping if you're a heavy coffee drinker.
• Drink more water.
• Eat more vegetables.
• Keep meals relatively simple.
• Avoid having a huge "last supper" the night before.
That last one catches people out.
Your body doesn't need a farewell tour of pizza, wine and chocolate because vegetables are arriving tomorrow.
A lighter day beforehand usually makes for a much nicer first day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
DAY ONE
Day one is about adjustment.
Your normal routine has changed and your brain will notice.
You may find yourself thinking about food more often simply because you know you're cleansing.
Some people experience hunger, headaches or fluctuations in energy, particularly if they normally consume a lot of caffeine, refined sugar or highly processed food.
Others are surprised by how straightforward the first day feels.
There is no single "correct" cleanse experience.
Keep drinking water, space your juices throughout the day and take things gently.
DAY TWO
Now you know the routine.
For many people, this is when the cleanse starts to feel much more natural.
You've stopped wondering when the next bottle is coming because you've found your rhythm.
You may also start noticing the difference between genuine hunger and simply wanting to eat because that's what you normally do at a particular time.
Keep hydrating.
Keep listening to your body.
And don't forget that the purpose isn't to suffer.
It's to give yourself a short period of simplicity.
DAY THREE
If you're doing our three-day programme, look at what you've achieved.
Three days.
An enormous variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, roots, herbs and other plant ingredients.
No meal planning.
No processed snacks.
No wondering what you're having for dinner.
For many first-time cleansers, the most valuable part isn't simply what they've consumed.
It's what they've learned about their normal habits.
Perhaps you didn't need that afternoon snack.
Perhaps you drink less water than you thought.
Perhaps breakfast doesn't need to be enormous.
Perhaps you actually really like green juice.
That's the reset.
BREAKING YOUR CLEANSE
Please don't celebrate finishing your cleanse by immediately ordering the biggest takeaway you can find.
Your digestive routine has had a quieter few days.
Give it a gentle return to normal food.
For your first meals, think simple.
Good choices can include:
• Fresh fruit
• Avocado
• Eggs
• Light vegetables
• Salads
• Soups
• Smoothies
• Fish or other light proteins
• Healthy fats
Introduce heavier meals gradually.
And if the cleanse has made you feel good, try to take something from the experience with you.
Maybe that's one juice every morning.
Maybe it's drinking more water.
Maybe it's eating more vegetables.
Maybe it's cutting back on processed food.
You don't have to continue cleansing to continue some of the habits you've discovered.
YOUR FIRST CLEANSE ISN'T ABOUT BEING PERFECT
This is probably the most important part of the entire guide.
A cleanse isn't a test.
If your bottles weren't consumed at precisely the suggested times, you haven't failed.
If you swapped two juices around, you haven't ruined anything.
If you needed to rest, that's fine.
If you found day one difficult, you're normal.
And if you discovered that you actually enjoyed stepping away from your usual food routine for a few days...
Well, now you understand why so many people come back and do it again.
FINAL THOUGHTS
You started with the Beginner Cleanse for a reason.
Perhaps you wanted to feel better.
Perhaps your diet had gone a little off track.
Perhaps you were curious.
Perhaps somebody recommended it.
Or perhaps you simply decided it was time to do something positive for yourself.
Whatever brought you here, you've taken the first step.
Don't worry about doing it perfectly.
Drink your juices.
Drink your water.
Enjoy your chia pudding.
Look forward to Ana at the end of the day.
Listen to your body.
And enjoy the experience.
Welcome to Andajuicya.
Your first cleanse starts here.
