Welcome to Your Weight Loss Juice Pack
This programme has been carefully designed to provide fewer than 600 calories per day while keeping natural sugars low. Every juice has been selected with a clear purpose: to maximise nutrient intake, support healthy weight loss, improve gut health, and promote greater mental clarity.
Below, we'll explain what is included in your pack, how we recommend consuming it, and what may be happening inside your body during your cleanse.
Your Daily Pack Includes:
- 1 x Lucia
- 1 x Diego
- 1 x Sr Garcia
- 1 x Sra Delgado
- 1 x Dexter
- 1 x Tete (60ml)
- 1 x Hugo (60ml)
How To Enjoy Your Juices
There is no absolute right or wrong way to consume your juices, but we do have a recommended approach.
Try to spread your juices evenly throughout the day, aiming for one every two to three hours from the moment you wake until the evening.
Take your time with each juice. Don't rush.
One of the most overlooked aspects of digestion is chewing. Although these are liquids, gently chewing your juice and allowing it to mix with saliva begins the digestive process. Saliva releases enzymes such as amylase and signals your body to prepare for digestion and nutrient absorption.
Cold-pressed juice delivers an exceptional concentration of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, so it makes sense to give your body the best opportunity to absorb them.
Most importantly:
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Stay hydrated.
- Listen to your body.
- Rest if you need to.
- Remember that we are always only a phone call or message away should you need support.
Our Recommended Order
Depending on your daily routine, we suggest the following schedule.
7:00am – 10:00am
Lucia
Lucia is our wake-up call.
An alkaline lemon water with a gentle chilli kick, designed to help stimulate your metabolism and prepare your body for the day ahead.
10:00am – 1:00pm
Diego
Our best-selling juice.
Strong, green and packed with goodness, Diego is nutrient dense and satisfying. Think of this as your lunch.
1:00pm – 3:00pm
Sr Garcia
A refreshing watermelon-based hydrator.
Mint provides powerful antioxidants, while cucumber supports hydration, digestion and helps combat inflammation.
3:00pm – 6:00pm
Dexter
The blue machine.
Dexter is rich in phycocyanin, the powerful compound found in blue spirulina. This plant-based protein helps neutralise free radicals and combat oxidative stress.
Benefits may include:
- Immune support
- Heart health support
- Powerful antioxidants
- Nutrient density
Quite simply, it's remarkable.
6:00pm – 9:00pm
Sra Delgado
People often say that great juices should contain only four ingredients.
We broke that rule.
Sra Delgado is our all-rounder. Your body still requires certain nutrients that simply cannot be omitted. While it contains slightly more natural fruit sugars, it remains predominantly green, highly nutritious, and an exceptional immune-supporting juice.
Tete & Hugo
Your two 60ml wellness shots.
Take these whenever you need them.
Perhaps you need a boost between juices, perhaps hunger arrives earlier than expected, or perhaps you simply want an extra kick.
These tiny bottles are packed with goodness, and it's entirely possible that you'll consume more gingerol in one shot than you would in an average week.
Small in size. Powerful in effect.
What Happens In Your Body During Fasting?
Many people believe fasting is simply about weight loss or giving the digestive system a rest.
The real benefits occur at a cellular level through a process called autophagy.
Autophagy is your body's natural clean-up and recycling system. It breaks down damaged proteins, dysfunctional cells and other cellular waste, converting them into energy and reusable building blocks.
In simple terms, your body gets the opportunity to clear out some of the accumulated debris that may contribute to inflammation and poor health.
Research has shown that extended periods of fasting can trigger important biological responses, including changes in metabolism, increased ketone production and cellular repair mechanisms.
Preparing For A Fast
If your lifestyle allows, preparation can make the experience much easier.
Two or three days before beginning:
- Introduce intermittent fasting by eating within an eight-hour window.
- Gradually reduce carbohydrates.
- Increase healthy fats.
- Reduce processed foods and refined sugars.
This helps your body begin shifting towards fat metabolism before the cleanse starts.
What To Expect
0–24 Hours
The first day is often the most challenging.
Your body begins switching from burning carbohydrates to burning stored fat. This transition may cause:
- Hunger
- Irritability
- Headaches
- Energy fluctuations
These effects are generally temporary.
24–48 Hours
Many people report increased mental clarity and improved focus during this stage.
As the body produces more ketones, these become an alternative fuel source for the brain. Hunger often begins to settle and energy can become more stable.
Day Three
For many people, the third day feels easier.
Cravings often reduce, hunger becomes more manageable, and the juices begin to feel more satisfying. Your body is adapting, and the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained within the juices continue to support you throughout the process.
Breaking Your Fast
What you eat after your cleanse is just as important as the cleanse itself.
For the first 24–48 hours, keep meals simple.
Good choices include:
- Scrambled eggs
- Avocado
- Oily fish
- Lean proteins
- Healthy fats
- Light vegetables
Introduce larger meals gradually.
Try to avoid processed foods, refined sugars and large amounts of carbohydrates immediately after your cleanse.
You've worked hard to give your body a reset. Allow it to ease gently back into normal eating.
Final Thoughts
Completing a 72-hour cleanse is an achievement.
The first time is usually the hardest. The second often feels much easier. By the third, many people are surprised by how naturally their bodies adapt.
Your body learns.
It becomes more efficient.
And each experience often feels more manageable than the last.
