What’s in it:
Jet lag isn't simply feeling tired after a flight. Crossing time zones disrupts the body's normal sleep-wake rhythm while long flights can add dehydration, disrupted meals, reduced movement and travel fatigue.
The 3 Day Jet Lag Pack has been created as a three-day nutritional support programme around long-distance travel, combining hydration-focused juices, vegetable-rich cold-pressed juices and targeted vitality shots.
Each day provides:
- 1 × Carrot, Capsicum, Celery, Ginger & Lemon — 300ml
- 1 × Kale, Celery, Spinach & Lemon — 300ml
- 1 × Hydrator — 300ml
- 1 × Cherry, Kiwi & Magnesium Vitality Shot — 60ml
- 1 × Orange & Ginger Vitality Shot — 60ml
Across the three days, you receive three different hydrators and three of each vitality shot.

Hydration comes first
Dehydration can make the physical effects of jet lag feel worse, which is why hydration is an important part of managing long-distance travel.
The three hydrators give you something different each day.
The Alkaline Water, Blue Spirulina & Lemon provides a clean, refreshing option with spirulina and citrus.
The Alkaline Water, Red Chilli & Lemon brings a sharper, more invigorating combination.
The Coconut Water, Pineapple, Ginger & Lime provides a naturally fruity alternative, with coconut water and fruit creating a refreshing travel-day drink.
The aim isn't to claim that alkaline water itself resets your body clock — it doesn't. The important part is having a convenient fluid-rich option available when you're travelling.
Ginger for the journey
Ginger appears in several parts of the pack because it is particularly useful as a travel ingredient.
Long journeys, unfamiliar food, disrupted meal times and motion can all make the digestive system feel unsettled. Ginger has a long history of use for digestive comfort and nausea.
Our Orange & Ginger shot gives you a concentrated ginger hit, while the Carrot, Capsicum, Celery, Ginger & Lemon juice and the Day 3 coconut-water hydrator provide ginger in larger, more refreshing formats.
It means ginger isn't included as a token ingredient — it is deliberately woven throughout the programme.
Magnesium for the tiredness and recovery side
Every day includes a Cherry, Kiwi & Magnesium Vitality Shot.
Magnesium is involved in hundreds of processes in the body and contributes to normal muscle and nerve function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
That's particularly relevant when you've spent hours sitting on a plane, slept at unusual times and arrived feeling physically drained.
The magnesium shot isn't a sleeping pill and shouldn't be presented as one. Instead, it provides a useful nutritional component of the programme at a time when maintaining normal energy metabolism and muscle function can be valuable.
Why Cherry and Kiwi?
The Cherry, Kiwi & Magnesium shot also brings an interesting sleep-related angle to the programme.
Tart cherries naturally contain melatonin, and early research suggests tart cherry products may have some potential to support sleep, although the evidence is still limited and shouldn't be overstated.
That makes tart cherry an interesting ingredient for a jet-lag pack because sleep timing is one of the biggest challenges when crossing time zones.
Kiwi adds another fruit component, while contributing vitamin C.
This is not intended to force sleep or replace proper sleep hygiene. Instead, the shot provides a nutritional component that fits naturally into the evening side of a travel routine.
A serious dose of vegetables
The two daily 300ml juices are deliberately vegetable-led.
Across the programme you'll get:
Carrot — naturally rich in beta-carotene, which the body can convert to vitamin A.
Capsicum and lemon — sources of vitamin C.
Kale and spinach — naturally provide folate, vitamin K and other micronutrients and plant compounds.
Celery — adds further vegetable variety and naturally occurring plant compounds.
Ginger — included for its distinctive warming character and traditional digestive use.
This makes the pack about more than hydration. You're also getting a concentrated variety of vegetables at a time when travel meals can be irregular and less predictable.
Who it's for:
This pack is designed specifically for people crossing time zones, particularly:
- Long-haul travellers
- Business travellers
- People travelling east or west across multiple time zones
- People who arrive feeling dehydrated, tired or out of routine
- Travellers who struggle with disrupted sleep
- Anyone who wants a structured nutritional routine around a long-haul journey
It's particularly useful for people who don't want to arrive at their destination and then start trying to work out what to eat and drink.
The pack gives you three days of purposeful juices and shots, ready to keep frozen before your journey and defrost as required.
How to use your Jet Lag Pack
The pack is designed for three consecutive days, with five drinks/shots each day.
We recommend using it around your travel schedule and adapting the timing to your destination's local time.
However, the pack should complement — not replace — the fundamentals of managing jet lag: staying hydrated, getting appropriate natural light, moving regularly and beginning to align your sleep and meals with your destination time zone.
Freshness & storage
The juices and shots contain no preservatives or additives, so they are delivered frozen and ready to place straight into your freezer.
We recommend taking the bottles and shots you need out of the freezer and transferring them to your fridge to defrost.
Once defrosted, consume within 3 days.
Three days. Five purposeful drinks a day. One less thing to think about when you're crossing time zones.
