🌱Given that our juices are crafted upon order, we currently maintain a 4-business day delivery timeframe with a cutoff time of 12:00 PM each day. Please note that deliveries are not scheduled for weekends or public holidays to ensure the freshness of our produce. Orders are processed in the early hours of the shipping day and are expected to arrive before 1:30 PM the following day.
🌱National Delivery:
Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, all before 1:30. We do not deliver on Mondays, Saturdays, or Sundays. When placing your order unless a specific date is entered you will receive your order four business days after. For example, if an order is placed before the 12:00 PM cut off on a Thursday, delivery to Madrid would occur the following Tuesday before 1:30 PM. If the same order were placed after 5:00 PM on the same day, delivery would be scheduled for the subsequent Wednesday, provided there are no intervening public holidays.
🌱Local Delivery:
Local deliveries are facilitated Mondays through Fridays and Sundays, We have flexibility so please let us know a time that is good for you and we will confirm once your order is received. We do not undertake local deliveries on Saturdays. At Andalucía, we presently extend local delivery services To Alhaurín del la Torre, Alhaurín el Grande, Pinos de Alhaurín, Coin, Mijas Pueblo, and other underlying areas, During checkout, the local delivery option will be available if your location falls within the qualifying areas. Local deliveries are conducted six days a week, except for Saturdays. Should you require delivery on a specific date or time, kindly contact us when placing your order.

🌱 When checking out, ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. For those in remote or challenging-to-find locations, consider adding a pin or utilising what3words for precise navigation.
🌱If you have a preferred delivery time, feel free to specify it, although we cannot guarantee exact timing, we will try to accommodate your request. Please be sure you are available to accept the deliver on the scheduled date at the delivery address detailed. We can deliver to your work place or Seur Collection point at your own risk. If delivered to your workplace, ensure that security is informed, and measures are in place to refrigerate your juices post-delivery. Any additional information may be added when you go through to your cart. All deliveries come in chilled packaging, and we relinquish responsibility for damages or losses once the delivery is completed.
🌱We hope to roll the following out nationally but initially for or environmentally conscious local delivery customers, packaging can be returned on your following delivery. Inform us in advance, and we will retrieve your previous bottles and packaging upon your delivery. Please ensure the bottles are rinsed, placed in the box, and securely sealed.
